We are looking for community members to attend our District 's Career and Technical Education Advisory Board Meeting on Tuesday, October 17th at 6pm at Prospect High School's Student Union in person. CTE Teachers, Administrators, Counselors, College and Career Specialists as well as Students and Industry Partners are invited.
We will have a brief presentation regarding Career and Technical Education at CUHSD, dinner will be provided and then there will be industry specific break out sessions where you will be able to share information with your industry alike partners.
Please fill out the Industry Survey so that we can see where we are doing well and where we can improve. Branham will have the following industries in attendance: Arts, Media, and Entertainment (Theatre Arts), Financial Services/ Marketing and Sales (Business), Engineering and Architecture, Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation (Food Services/Culinary Arts), and Information Communication Technology (Software and Systems Development/Computer Science).

- Offer information which will help design, update, modify, expand, and improve the quality of the District’s CTE courses.
- Give added support and strength to the relationship between business, industry, the community, and education.
- Assist in the promotion of the program.
- Meet the accountability requirements set by the California Department of Education.
