Campus Locker Request

Locker Request Forms can be submitted to the book room starting Monday, August 26, 2024. There is no deadline to submit a campus locker request. Please be aware that there are a limited number of Sports Lockers. If you have any questions please see Ms. Arruda in the Book Room.
